i would not be surprised if loma "sparred" 12 rounds with pro competition gloves and no headgear before.

Yesss this fight lands on my birthday depending where it at might be able to watch it live!i feel this time around chavez will take vera more seriously and get the k.o..salido is a very experianced fighter and a tough guy,and will give loma sum trouble, but were talkingvabout the best amatuer in history..according to who you talk to,but.i think he is more then ready and will get salido out of there beetween 7 and 10 rnds..would be surprised to c that fight reach 12 rnds

Hmmm... I smell the setup for a PPV.... NOPE!!! I love Chavez but come on, I wanted the first fight to just happen to get that matchup out of the way so rematch is not something I am excited for... specially if it is PPV. Of course it says nothing about it but my instinct kind of tells me it will be..

If it isn't then... GOOD night of boxing. Not too thrilled about watching Jr fight Vera again BUT at the same time want to see him hurt Vera badly.

Still can't believe they're throwing Loma in with Salido in his second fight.

If he takes that title, it's gonna be unbelievable.

I know, the numbers seem mind-boggling. Spinks was 8-0 when he faced Ali, Rigo was 9-0 when he faced Ramos, but Loma being only 1-0 and going against Salido of all fighters is just... :shk1:

If Loma beats Salido, then damn.

This is a big step up for him, amazing if he can pull it off.

Chavez needs to actually train or Vera woops him again. This time around I think Chavez takes it; still no excuse for the piss poor performance he put on the first time. I wonder what weight the rematch will be at

If he pulls it off, he will probably kick himself for not just doing it in his pro debut. Can't ever beat that record.

Can't wait lets see what happens. I think Lama might have enough pop to stop Salido, or hurt him bad and get a TKO.
