maybe because of his size, but other than that he looked pretty bad. Shoot, his biggest win was a very disputable win over karass

dirrell is the next dirrell. and u cant compare jones to dirrell because dirrell is actually a proven talent. dirrell's issues lie elsewhere.

On a serious note, if he does come back, I expect him to travel north. Maybe to 154 or even 160. That guy was too big to be shrinking down to welterweight. Be interesting to see what happens if and when he does come back.

That's what people said about PWill but everyone still expected him to fight at WW or at least vs certain WW's.

He is as wasted talent as James Kirkland at 154. Agree that Jones for now is too big at welterweight.

Anyways back on topic, Bailey took his soul.

He could come back to fight SotoKarass vs Thurman loser, Amir Khan, Andre Berto, or Robert Guerrero.

He already beat Soto twice, I'd prefer him to fight Berto or Guerrero.

Andre Berto vs Mike Jones, agree to that, battle of the has-beens.
