Training with Ariza, Rios should be verry ripped!

I don't think he'll be ripped. Rios has always worked hard and his body just didn't respond like that, Ariza isn't going to make extreme changes to his body unless he's feeding him roids, which Rios wouldn't take. He will however be in better shape than he's ever been.

More importantly he'll have better stamina and be more explosive. Body appearance doesn't win fights, heart and conditioning does.
