Morales and Barrera both need to keep Manny's name out of their mouths for their own good. They're both great champions, and I have nothing but respect for them, but I don't think at this stage in either one of their careers that either one can pull it off. I'd never count either one out, but a Pac loss would shock me.

Even though Morales is past his prime, he can pull it off one more time.

I already expected this would be the excuse for Barrera. I also expected it would be the excuse for Morales long before they ever met. We get the point already. No shame if he looses again, and that is almost certainty.

Every fighter has one good fight left in him. Morales is no exception, he may have 4 or 5!!!

a pac lose to morales in the 3rd fight would really hurt his career, erik losing to pac again doesnt really mean anything

they have to leverage this during the negotation for the rubber match (i.e. pac gets the bigger money, ppv buys, etc.).
Now Pac is learning the trade. It's smart for him to stick at 130. No more tricks from Morales camp this time. At least get something in return if the latter want changes to what's in the original contract.

I remember reading somewhere that Freddie Roach thought that the absolute highest Pacquiao would go was 133, but i completely disagree with people saying that Pacquiao wont go above 130 because they want Morales to be drained...Thats essentially calling Pacquiao a ***** and we all know thats not what he is. So what, everyone has their limits physically it would be smart for them to stay at 130 and if Morales has to kills himself to make weight again maybe he shouldnt even take the fight.
