Ogogo will go far in the sport his style suits the pros. They only show they've done in the uk is khan Diaz I think?

Great fans in the uk but when your operations are focused in another continent then there's not much they can do unless they set up a serious office there. They should have worked out a deal to merge with hatton promotions as they've always had good links together and it's someone who could run things in the uk.

Matchroom Sports, sadly, have a monopoly in the UK. There's just no way another promoter can rise that big unless some MASSIVE investment was put in. I hope that doesn't happen though, as then we'll have a Matchroom/Sky feud with other promoters. As much as I disagree with monopolies etc, Matchroom haven't been doing too bad a job at negotiating and setting up big fights for its fighters

Not sure it seems like Matchroom have been ok working with Goldenboy in the past. Ogogo has been on some of their shows hasnt he? And sky still showed Khan fights when Matchroom had their monopoly

In all honesty i think they came for Ogogo and that was it (maybe Joshua as well but that didnt go so well). Its a shame as a big investment from them could have been a huge boost to the UK scene.
