no, he's saying that the most likely reason manny refused to fight over PED testing is becuase he was dirty and didn't want to get caught cheating.

I dont recall any other fighter asking for extra PED tests, so to say he avoided them makes no sense. Comes off as ******ed spin.

Give it up, Arum won't even allow Donaire Vs Rigon and they are both Top Rank, so what makes you think Mayweather Vs Pacquiao EVER had a chance of happening.

If Arum said so, Pacquiao would have taken the test the very first time, Arum and Delahoya are the one to blame.
The whole blood testing was just BS by Arum, never meant anything.
