It's so irritating reading some of these ******ed @$$ post...no matter who's side you're on, if you subtract the emotion/hatred from the equation...apply common sense & logic then we would all come to the same conclusion! Regardless of if you think Floyd is scared or if Pac is dirty...not taking a drug test looks VERY su****ious no matter how you slice it. You can't crucify one guy for demanding testing then turn around & be ok with others asking for testing. If Floyd turned down the fight because of testing...OH BOY!!! Drop the "what evidence do you have" argument...if you are clean, take the test & prove it!

You do know that it was 2 years later, right? When Pac was out of names to fight, and even then there were no serious negotiations so we don't know if Pacquiao was serious about the testing.
Heck it wasnt until today, late 2013 that Pacquiao is finally having a fight with Random Blood testing. So I don't understand your post.Comment

so manny wanted to fight floyd, he just didn't want to do so on terms negotiated by both fighters. wow.If just one answer would satisfy me over this debacle it would be that Pac had pride and would not budge towards May Jr's demands.
I am thankful he didn't give an inch.
Jr acts like a thug, gets around his workers he pays and they adore him, he evidently pays them to adore him, take the money away and the adoring STOPS. He has the little man syndrome.
To give into someone like that is to concede the fight.Comment

Koncz also in articles says that Pac agreed. But the key is Arum came out and Pac came out many times and said that random testing was agreed to with no cutoff. These message boards lit up even with Floyd fans who said "It is about time Pac agreed" and even "Left Uppercut" a poster who literally hated Pac, acknowledged that Pac "finally" agreed. Arum then got into a hissy about the testing body but he finally backed off on that and said any testing USADA/VADA would be acceptable.Comment

I remember the video where manny said "there are no more issue with testing only purse split" which we later learned meant he agreed to testing only if he got 50/50. floyd was on record as saying he was no longer giving that split so to say he "agreed" to testing isn't 100% exact-he agreed to it so long as floyd met a condition which floyd said he wouldn't meet.Koncz also in articles says that Pac agreed. Then Bobfather said he needed time to build an outdoor stadium.....Duck #2 But that one was on Bob, why do you need to build an outdoor stadium when Dallas Cowboys stadium was available, it holds over 100,000 people, arum previously held a fight there, so why did he need to build an outdoor stadium. Oh thats right Bob Arum has said on record that he believes Floyd is better than Ali. so he knows what would happen to his meal ticket and he made a business decision to keep Pac away from Floyd. First Duck was Pac with the drug tests, (after he got himself off of them he hasnt been looking the same.)
I dont think this fight will ever happen, but i just love slapping around Pacs childlike fans.

Yeah that was the infamous Montoya conference call where Arum said they agreed and all the writers on the call said that was the first time they heard it and ran wth it so there was no turning back. Floyd called Pac like 2 days later and money was issue but no negotiating took place but then Pac fought JMM and IMO JMM was robbed and the pac star dimmed and then the stadium and cut healing came into play. After that PAc "lost" to Bradley and then got crushed by JMM. And here we are.Koncz also in articles says that Pac agreed.
