his promoter paid the judges so yes it was his fault because he hired his promoter. burns said he won as well so he clearly has problems coping with reality. he deserves abuse and so do the judges for destroying boxing and beltran's career while this fool parades around as a champ even though he got his ass-kicked all over the ring.
