Thats the thing, thats why I'm mad, he doesn't really ruin fighters. We all know that Escobedo and Gavin Rees shouldn't have been in the same ring as him, should have been fighting Gamboa. This boy is very overrated and he may lose to Maidana.

Broner is just an average well mangaed and matched fighter.
You will rarely see him take a major risk as an underdog.
Solid skills , average iq.

With the right team , he can make money , do it like floyd,matchmake your own career on handpicked fights and make money.
Its a buisness. Not a fun league. Fans expectations are too high.
These guys lose or get beat up , their money stops.
The new in thing in boxing is rolling and well managing fighters into money,fan money.

That's not really fair....for the most part Broner handpicks his fights. Canelo is a dude who had handpicked fights minus his last two. Floyd was underdog in quite a few fights and took tough challenges to get that leverage...a lot of the guys hyped now have been hand picking the whole way through. It's seeming to become more and more of a trend recently though maybe my boxing history is a bit off. Sure there's been others but most recently a lot of guys have gotten big names fighting no one of note.
