GGG is probably undersized at 168 lbs. Guys like Ward, Froch, and Kessler can compete at 175 lbs.

I think GGG would hit a wall like Arthur Abraham did at 168

      Over Floyd.... yea.
Maybe beating the top 5 in LHW will give him the top spot.
If Floyd's active, nobody's taking the spot.
Beating Stevenson/Kovalev/Hopkins will probably propel him to that point though.
might have been a little extreme in what I said

That's agreeable, I can understand your viewpoint on that then.

This is very possible. I try to give Abraham the benefit of the doubt in that he's fought some of the best in the Super Middleweight division currently.

          I would tend to agree.

I think Stevens is a just a small MW. Someone on NSB posted in the AMs he even fought at heavy before and he used to fight at LHW in the beginning of his career in the pros. He's actually in shape at MW.

Doesn't make him a good boxer, but he just has that frame. I think GGG would do fine at SMW. He's 5'10" with a 70" inch, so if his skill really is ATG potential then he should show it later in his career if he does move up.

Don't know how the hell he fought that high with his height... he's pretty stocky though.
Evidently he can still get in great shape because he didn't see his abs until he moved down to MW

Stevens fought at HW? At 5'6?? Crazy, and maybe, but like someone else in this thread mentioned, many 168 lbers are 175ers who moved down in weight. So GGG would be undersized any way you put it. But he does have the boxing skill to do well IMO. I think he'd do well, just the top guys would give him some hard mathchups
