How is a record verified before recorded on boxrec?

because I have been having fun with this Ali Raymi guy and his new record of 20-0(20)ko all in round 1 and all against unbeaten opponents but seriously I don't believe that any of these guys have ever had a pro fight from watching a few of these "matches".

How did Raymi and whoever manages him set this whole thing up? its pretty good he might get a world title shot for a dozen and a half light sparring sessions.
