U R thirsty bro... DeLaHoya passed that torch to Mayweather, albeit via 12th rd split decision (tainted) as opposed to Pacmans 8th round TKO. This "interview" is, I suspect, no more than a press release. Note that there is no writer/reporter/author credited, and the response is unusually long, with excellent grammar and word selection.

Even a native English speaker will have a hard time, even with rehearsals, to remain so articulate, specially over such a lengthy response. In other words, I doubt that Pacquiao himself "responded" to the "question".
