Simply put, he is well-sized for the division. Weight is not the only thing that determines size in a fight. FAR too much is made of FLoyd's size. Maybe it's the nature of new fans that dont realize fighters have been fighting bigger and smaller men in multiple divisions for decades.

2. the oscar fight did show that floyd isnt as great at 154 than he is at lower weights

3. Floyd still won but it was close, and some can assume that a prime oscar or shane would have given floyd hell, if not beat him
