i'm not even interested in a rematch atm anyways...donaire needs to work on getting his confidence/motivation back...
Rigo removed his "aura"... He made Donaire look average... And Donaire knows.

Donaire would get whooped up badly in a rematch, I doubt that fight ever happens.

        He doesn't want it.

Last night's version of Donaire gets blasted out by Rigo.

A second fight this early will be a mirror of what happened on the first fight.

Hope this happens @ 126 where Riggo will blast Donaire even harder. I love a flashy star and all, but long live the purists....and don't get it twisted, the "Boos" were coming from the Pac fans that night in radio city....not the local aka real boxing fans....great excuse to fly too Miami for this one no doubt.

If we see the same old Donaire, waiting to plant/land one big shot, Rigo would win another decision, because all you have to do to beat that Nonito is move right, be a southpaw, duck low to the left with your right shoulder up, and throw the left hand before he can plant, like Rigondeaux did. The only way Nonito wins is by getting rough and going for broke, like he did when he finished off Vic. His chin can withstand Rigo's power and he can easily hurt Rigo with his power, so he might as well go all out in 1 round. If Nonito went all out like Matthysse does, in the first round with Rigo, he'd eventually catch Rigo's glass and it would be over quick. We'd probably see more of the same **** and no combo's though.

Donaire was afraid to try to get inside on Rigo to give himself a chance to win. Like I'm supposed to believe he wants to fight him again.

hold on - lots of BS being spread around on here, First off Donaire fought against one of the hardest punchers from 118 - 126 period! - he fought a man that was determined and well prepared, I do not see anyone doing that to Vic. He underestimated Rigo, and was believing his own press clippings - the lost actually will bring out a more dangerous Nonito, this is why he brought his pops back, Not one fighter in Garcia's stable is even remotely close to Nonito style wise. Mikey Garcia's old man Eduardo looks after him - that is the real threat in that gym - Eduardo, he is a great trainer and strategist he is the Shyt! But I think the rematch will be at 126 as per BOB Arum, do not see Nonito trying to even attempt making 122. Rigo has exceptional foot work, and he will walk you into trouble - someone on here said Rigo removed his aura ????? we are speaking on human beings not super heroes, he did not knock him down / tko etc.. he just outclassed him. Watch other fighters step into the ring and think they can do the same as Rigo, and get caught like Darchinyan did, dude is still no joke...

Yes, i agreed. Nonito must impose his aggressiveness, power and pressure Rigo as early as possible. We all know that nonito has the power to break Rigo's chin. He should do it consistently to slowly breaking Rigo and hope he will catch him on the latter rounds.

Right! I think Nonito's game plan is a mistake or ineffective when he fought Rigo. Nothing more nothing less. If there is a rematch, all he needs to have is a better game plan. Dude has all the tools he needed to blast out Rigo.
