Come on... how can you not say Golovkin is avoided now?

Murray is his mandatory, he was allowed to keep the interim belt if he faced golovkin next and now he wants 2 more fights?
    Are you kidding me?!
Come on now...shit or get off the pot man. If you're hoping you'll somehow be upgraded to a regular champion without having to fight Golovkin, that's a damn shame.

And to people saying the fight needs to build up... mannnn, you know what happene to the last fight they tried to build up? HBO gives a slot to Geale/Barker and if Barker beats Sturm, it's never leaving England.

The only people who are calling Golovkin out are people with nothing to lose and everything to gain.

As much as I'd hate to say it, Golovkin best move up then.

Mora can get it. Sergio too after Rubio.
It just sucks that this fight is possible but just won't be made

Quillin don't want it, he's only saying he wants it cause he knows it'll never happen. Sergio might want it down the road, but he's more interested in other fights. I'm a Froch fan but when GGG's name was brought up as a possible opponent, Froch tried to steer the conversation away to Chavez Jr. Ward also did the same thing by bring up Chavez's name when a reporter asked him about Golovkin.
TS is right, Golovkin is pretty damn avoided, this is some embarrassing **** being pulled by Murray, you're fighting on the same card with the champ, but you don't want to challenge for the title? After you've already had two world title shots? Makes no sense, unless you consider the possibility he's scared.

He's got a title, tons of notoriety, and is looking for a fight. You beat him or even run him close, and your profile grows 500%. How come we're only hearing crickets? What's the best MW that's called him out? Some fringer like Mora or Vera.

What do u expect, he's a british fighter. British boxing revolves around ducking.

GGG is avoided because the dollars aren't adding up to the risk factor. He still is making chump change (for top boxers). The arena in MSG seats less than 5000. His team needs to find him a better venue. Once GGG starts offering his opponents a half of mil and up he will start having guys beat down the door to get a shot at him.

It's not like these guys have better options. Even before this last round, GGG supposedly offered Murray more than he got for that stadium fight vs Martinez. Stevens just got 300k (after paying off Main Events!). That's an unbelievable purse for a guy of that caliber. Macklin got 300k. His previous fight he made 80k on a PPV undercard. Quillin's opponents are happy to get 100k.
