Boxrec has some kind of weird equation they go by

Yeah it's like a math program. It's not like somebody is coming out from their site and saying Donaire is the best in the division now. It's a program, it goes by numbers, it's not an opinion at all. So sometimes it comes out weird, like they'll have Vitali ranked ahead of Wladimir or Donaire as the top featherweight. It's nobody's opinion. It's just how their program calculated some numbers.
