    Donaire's Defeat from Rigo

Did affect him. Just the first half of the fight, as mentioned by one of the HBO crew, he is flat footed. I was waiting for him to bounce his feet like he always do and his throwing less. Seems like waiting for that shot. Confidence is not there.

And maybe being a new father also affected his life.

Vic did come in more focus though. Did a good job but he reverted back in his old way that lead him to being KO again.

Bad performance but he got the win.

Maybe rising to the top then suddenly hit a road block discourage him. Not necessarily that he lost to Rigo. Its because he lost, which he could have lost to other fighters.

The truth that about Donaire that everyone is forgetting is that he was regressing before the Rigo fight. He had like 4 or 5 average fights in a row where he didnt show any of the boxing skill that made him great. He was just a one punch stalker. Rigo just finished him off

i don't think so........donaire obviously had a lot more confidence before the rigo fight. this version was very timed & extremely low in confidence. it's like he was questioning himself through out the entire fight (even he himself said that he doesn't know if he wants to fight anymore)

I agree. Thats why I said Rigo finished him off but my point was that even the guy Rigo fought wasnt the same guy he was in the 1st Vic fight or like 5 fights before Rigo fought him. He stopped being a great all around boxer and turned into a one punch stalker
