Carl Froch vs George Groves Discussion Thread

Two weeks until fight night, and it is shaping up to be an interesting one.

The Styles mesh quite well, Groves the quicker and "flashier" Froch the more durable and seasoned veteran, both can ****.

There has also been a lot of needle in the build up, and you feel these men genuinley dislike each other.

i chose george before the split with booth. i still give george a good chance to beat froch, but i think he wont stay out of trouble for 12 rounds.

Groves should just open his mouth wide and blow his breath at Froch lol. 1st round TKO.

If that doesn't happen then Froch wins by mid-late KO.

I'm going for Froch by TKO in around round 10, but only after being behind by some considerable margin. It might even look a little like the Taylor fight, although Froch has learned a lot since then.

Fight remains somewhat competitive before Froch goes up a gear and tears him apart.

I really don't see a KO to be honest. Froch hasn't got that much power in his fists, I think Groves outboxes him to a decision win.

If anyone Groves has the power in the fight but Froch's chin will hold up for sure.

I think Groves pulls a massive upset and outboxes Froch.

Groves has very educated upperbody movement and footwork to stay away from Froch's overly aggressive gears.
