it's pretty clear that pacman beat bradley, so let's throw that off the table. and the 4th marquez fight, that's the best i've seen pacquiao in years - and for once he was clearly beating marquez until that bizarre ko.

if pacquiao fights as though the ko has not bothered him in the rios fight, then yes, he will be floyd's best option.

What is he doing to make the fight happen?

It all boils down to a few things here:

1)There is video that has been posted numerous times of Mayweather saying he will fight Manny Pacquiao.
2)There are no other opponents that represent the $$$$ Floyd will make. This is the biggest reason. Floyd Sr., Floyd Jr., and Roger have said multiple times that Pac will be an incredibly easy fight,..."EASY WORK". I can't for the life of me understand that Floyd wouldn't want to make 50+Million,...for EASY WORK!!!
3)Pac is still the most skilled and physically imposing challenge at 147.
4)Pac's style of fighting is very taxing,..and he only has 1-2 fights left before he is irrelevant. The fight needs to be made ASAP,..or all is lost.

I believe Mayweather has some doubt about this fight. He knows it's not "easy work".....He may win(probably a decision),..but he knows he'll have to walk through fire to do it.

It would be at least as difficult as his fight with Cotto. And Floyd took a mild amount of punishment in that fight. Floyd don't like punishment. Pac will give him some,..Even if he doesn't win.

I don't think Pac is afraid of Floyd,...at all.

But I do believe,..and have always believed that Bob Arum is a sleazy douche bag.
I think he has a huge hand in the fight not happening.

Floyd's ego + Bob Arum's shrewdness= fight not happening.

Floyd is ultimately not afraid of Pac.
He just hates and loathes doing business with Arum.

Well Pacquiao has to get past Rios first, a top ten ranked jr welterweight who is tall and big.

People are acting like this fight is a forgone conclusion, it is not.

If Pac gets past Rios then it should be the fight for Floyd, but he will never take it, has never wanted to take it and will never take it.
