I have no idea how much promotional expenses would cost, but it certainly wouldn't be more than a couple million (if that).

I would say the PPV needs to generate about 500,000 buys in order to be profitable.

I forgot to include closed circuit and gate too, which adds another 8-12 million in revenue.
