Collazo is gonna punch Ortiz' ticket. He doesn't have the mindset for it....just look at his record...he is done man.

Tri theories are worth their weight in **** but collazo went life and death with Berto and lost and Ortiz beat berto

Ortiz might win. His kryptonite is someone with power (lopez, maidana) or someone with mind trickery (Floyd)..

Collazo is somewhat tricky but he's a wartorn workhorse with midling power. Ortiz could win this one by landing the more authoratative looking punches, or even stopping Collazo late

Provided Ortrees isn't completely shot, that is

Damn and I already bought 2 tickets for the Dec. 14th card and my wife is backing out after hearing Ortiz isn't going to be there. What to do, what to do .....? I know I'll be at the Alamodome with or without her lol.

Hundreds leave, a handful stay. Only one looks back.

Ortiz's bandwagon burns before the moons full circle.

ortiz better have some defense or i see collazo stealing this fight ,ortiz is way bigger but skill wise i think collazo has a lot more.

But Ortiz also went life and death with Berto, albeit winning more handily on the scorecards; and from what I've read, most people had Collazo edging out Berto. We all shit on Berto now, but he's given mostly everyone a hard fight - Collazo, Ortiz, Guerrero, Soto Karass.

So this is about as 50/50 as it gets IMO. The only difference maker could be Ortiz's power, unless it's at 154 - in which case his power from 140/147 might not carry up.

Ortiz may look candid (sic!), but he fights his heart out...
I'd like to see him come back stronger...

Didn't Ortiz go life and death with Berto too?
