The World Boxing Council has ordered a final super bantamweight eliminator between Andres Gutierrez (28-0, 22KOs), the WBC's silver champion, and and former beltholder Hugo Cazares (39-7-2, 27KOs), the WBC's International silver champion. The winner will receive a shot at the WBC's full title, currently held by unbeaten champion Leo Santa Cruz, (25-0-1, 15KOs) who faces Cesdar Seda on December 14th at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.
