I don't like Stevenson as a person. Anyone who disrespects women will never be high on my list. And as a fighter, like some have said, without the power he is fairly average. If Belew can keep good movement, not drown his own punches, and if he has a good chin... this should be an interesting fight.

It's not going to look very good for Bellew when he gets badly beaten by a guy who was KO'd by a journeyman eh? Bellew is as average as it gets. Stevenson has to give this fight away in order to lose it.

You talking like Stevenson is some type of elite fighter. Stevenson is pretty trash himself. Inside and outside the ring.
Beating Dawson and Cloud easily = being trash?

Damaged goods Dawson you mean? And the greatly overrated Cloud? Stevenson is a product of good timing and a weak division.

His luck will run out if he gets in that ring with Kovalev and luckily for him Hopkins is stuck on Showtime. Or better yet, HBO doesn't want GB fighters.

How can the division be weak if there are two guys that you would pick to beat him?

Cloud is overrated but Stevenson beat him easier than Hopkins did.

It would be good to see bellew bring the green belt back to Liverpool and put his name up there with contehs, but I just don't see it happening. His power has never been relevant when ever he's took a (small) step up in competition and his chin has been checked by domestic journeymen. Now I no Boone is a journeyman who ko'd Stevenson but since 'superman' rededicated himself he's become a hell of a fighter. Since bellew refocused he's become a boring fighter content to ease his way to UD's over mid level opposition. I don't see bellew being able to stick to a gameplan against Adonis, I can see him being outboxed then trying to start a brawl in which his chin doesn't hold up.

Call me crazy, but I think Bellew has a good chance in this one. Bellew is willing to exchange, he's not going to clam up like Tavoris Cloud when he gets close.

Adonis' left hook is so fast that most people don't see it coming.
                    Adonis is patient also...

He doesn't want to be exchanging with Stevenson. He's got the reach and needs to box him on the outside - keep him at the end of a jab as long as he can.

TBH I simply can't see Bellew winning, he's a good domestic level fighter, but even his fights with Chilemba - his best win (and draw) failed to impress. In addition, he's just never been in with anyone who hits like Stevenson, and he does get hit. If he boxes smart, I can see him making it to 6 or 7, I guess.
