Whey is good, but the quality is the question. Many of them are tainted have rust and metals in them and most of them are under 80 percent potent filled with different fillers like rice powder.

The supplement industry is dangerous its wild west, its not regulated, you just go off blind faith and trust that these companies are honest and many are not.
Caffeine is safe below 400mg for people who don't have a heart defect or high blood pressure.

I bet Pacquiao gets his caffeine by drinking lots of caramel sizzurp double chocolate sauce full fat with multi coloured sprinkles with extra decaf vanilla milk with strawberry swirl lattes.

Caffeine only works for school kids wanting to stay up late. It has zero effect at the elite level.

what about the tolerance? you have to keep upping the dosage because it no longer has an effect on you.

Its best to avoid supps if you don't need them, stay healthy and natural first, try to avoid meds as much as possible.

Say what we like about Ariza but he is a strength and conditioning coach, that's his job. I'm pretty sure he had things like supplements and things well balanced to know what was a good overally healthy mix for an athlete.

Doing away with simply ALL protein shakes etc. stinks of naivity in Pac's camp.

Supps are unregulated so you are pretty much taking a gamble any time you take one that isn't FDA approved.
