Jimmy Wilde.
Number one in the British Boxing Hall of Fame.
99 kayos in 132 wins (3 losses).
He weighed under 100 pounds for many fights & knocked out featherweights for fun.
After that, Julian Jackson.
But he's a looooong way behind.Comment

Who did he KO though? His competition is leagues away from Langford - I think he clearly had a better punch lb for lb.Comment

Yes I know this, but to me this means nothing. Im talking about what there punch did to others in there own weight classes. I'm saying Tito was a more devastating puncher in his weight class than Pac was in his weight class. They are both big punchers, thats why they are in the debate, but Ive seen guys go toe to toe with Pac and take his punches. Ive never seen anyone take Tito's punches. Ive seen Hagler take Hearns punches. I don't think Hagler could take flush shots from trinidad. Watch Vargas vs Trinidad-Vargas had never been down before. Watch Joppy vs Trinidad, I believe Joppy had never been down before. Watch Trinidad vs Myorga, Myorga had never been down before, and my all time favorite, watch Trinidad vs Yori Boy campus. Yori boy was 56-0 when they fought and again, Yori boy had never been down before. Watch what Tito's punch did to these guys who had good to great chins.Comment

For a lighter weight fighter he could really crack. I wouldn't be shocked if he could completely shut down a big middleweight. It's bad how he turned out, damned pity.
The image of any weight 140 and under version of Pacquiao is what immediately came to mind for me, some shots where thunderous. Mike Tyson? Although a heavy he was 'light' at heavy (210-215?) in his prime/young stages, and he was only 5"10-5"11, thats not exactly 'big' and his shots could move trucks!Comment
