Well that's a turn up for the books. I can't think of many fighters, at this point in their career, who's said that. Usually it's the same tired threats of "I'll retire if ___ beats me!"
Props to Pacquiao for saying it like it is, but we'll only know after the fight. If he looks bad again, maybe Roach might suggest for him to hang 'em up like he promised to do.

lol but they both had no business fighting for a vacant title..two 118lb fighters (neither of them have ever fought at 122) fighting for nishioka's vacant 122lb wbc title..
