FMJ deserves it. He has an exceptional career. He isn't my favorite fighter, though he has my immense respect for his boxing skills, and maturing into the man he is now.

Don't get it twisted - I'm not a Floyd fanboy. I prefer Manny's style over Mayweather Jr's - though respect where respect is due..

it is just an award people!!! well deserved I may add, FMM is the best of this generation, there is no controversy on that. I don't see why people mad about something so simple...Mayweather is the best and he should be recognized as such end of the story.

WBO Champion of the Decade, WBC Diamond Champion, Fighter of the Decade, and the two specially made WBA/WBC belts for "The One" arent really championships either, if we're going down this route.
