He should just go ahead and go for that belt Peterson has. That would be a good fight. If he moves up id like him to fight maybe maybe Mosley to see where he's at. I know Mosley is old but it's a good intro to 147. Does Mosley even fight at 47??

I'd like him to fight Broner, Bradley, or Provodnikov.

I think the first two are understandable but I say Provodnikov only because I'd like to see how well he does against a true brawler.
