Pretty much anywhere is good even the cheapy seats way up top is a good view. You could try ticket master to see the seating chart only seats I'd be a bit iffy about would be the corners at the bottom but overall you're getting a good view from virtually everywhere. For the Canelo fight which was packed they had 10$ seats and from what I heard in the press conference theyll be doing that again. My dad and bro bought the tickets late for that fight so they had to buy the 10$ seats but they both said the view from up there was way better than they thought.....I'd recommend buying anywhere from 100-300 that's what I usually get and I'm always in the middle so the view is awesome....hope this helps lol

I've been to alot of fights there.

      Barrera vs Pacquiao
      Chavez vs Duddy
      Alvarez vs Trout

Just to name a few. You really can't go wrong with any seats there, but if you want a good rule of thumb for any fight, I would suggest getting seats that have a straight ahead view of the ring.

They almost always section one part of the alamo dome off for fights so you would be more than likely looking at something like this

Sections 101 and 123 are the straight ahead view sections that I was talking about that offer the best view (but when buying your tickets they will show you a layout and try to get center viewing section seat as sometimes the numbering is switched up). So go for something like that and the closer you are (rows 1-12) the better.

FWIW. Ring side is cool but only if your up close, If your on the floor level but several rows back, then it sucks looking up at the ring from a distance.

Also the security is almost always crappy there. During fighter intro's there are a lot of people moving around so you could spot an empty seat, and move there without anyone even knowing. If ever caught, just tell them that you read you ticket wrong and ask them if they can help you find your seat....lol

Also when fighters come out is a great time to sneak to better seats. A lot of people go up to the first row to take pictures up close so you can go as well, take a few pics and move to a nice seat of your choosing.

This might sound obvious but... Never get seats behind turnbuckles. Get seats by the sides. Not only will the turnbuckle block your view but the cameramen too.

          Areas I wouldn't recommend:

          143
          103
          125
          121

Again they may be labeled differently but if you check the map prior to buying your ticket, they are the sections that are in the corners.

Those seat are garbage because HBO/Showtime always puts cameras in the corner of the ring. There is nothing worse than a nice fight (Figuerroa vs Asagawa sp) breaking out and your view getting temporarily blocked due to a camera (which is what happened to me until I got pissed and moved).

I was watching what could be possible the fight of the year (figuerora vs Asagawa) and on several occasion my view was blocked. I literally got up an moved (me and a fellow poster on this site).

Whats funny is when ended up sitting next to Andre Berto's better. I felt bad for him because he was cheering his ass off and as soon as he went down to the floor, thats when Andre got stopped by Soto Karrass.

101, 123 would be the best sections that aren't ringside, I got mine in section 101.
