Dont undermine your bosses, don't act like you are a bigger part of the camp when it's media day, and if you aren't a trainer stop giving fighters instructions when they are sparring. Media week is the only opportunity Ariza legitimately had to self promote and he'd take those and run. If you go back and watch the open media days for his camps you'll hear Ariza yelling instructions at pacquaio over Freddie Roach...that is a no-no. So Roach asked him to stay in pocket and when Ariza didn't adhere he got the boot. End of story.

And in the battle of scumbags Freddie beats most, he openly admitted to biting someone's eye out. I don't care if your being jumped, it takes a sick **** to do something like that.
I remember Freddie talking about that on the show about him. He said as he and the group of (I believe) three guys were fighting, he realized at some point that if it went on, they would kill him. That's when he decided to bite one guy's eye out. He said he spat it out on the ground, and the guys left him alone. Hey, you screw with the bull, you get the horns! As for the Ariza thing, Freddie said on a 24/7 episode that when Ariza left camp in the Phillipines to meet with Julio Cesar Chaves, JR in L.A. he wanted to fire him then. This was during training for the Bradley fight. Freddie more recently has said that Alex has tried to do everyone else's job but his own, and has caused unrest in the camp, hence the firing. Now Ariza is training Pacquiao's next opponent, Brandon Rios. That doesn't say much for Ariza's character does it? We know he's going to divulge every wrinkle that he can about Pacquiao to undermine him as well as Freddie. Yet he says he doesn't have any problems with Manny? Yeah, right. Real stand up guy.

Even the cutman Mr. Garcia said Ariza was a distraction to the team and needed to keep his mouth shut about acting like a boxing trainer in the corner. Ariza was disliked by the whole Pacquiao tream and if Ariza did so well why did Pacman look so bad his last couple of fights? He even left camp early to train Chavez Jr. Ariza sucks and you even see team Garcia putting the puta in his place. The instant Ariza steps out of line and acts like a boxing trainer he's gone.
