Pacquiao certainly ducked him, after Raheem demolished Erik Morales.

Pacquiao didn't duck, he took a rematch with Morales for a ton more money.

          Sarcasm? lol...

Pacquiao would have gained much more respect amongst the hardcore fans if he manned up and fought Raheem. There was time to fight Morales. He could have fought Morales AFTER he fought Raheem. I understand from a financial standpoint it probably wasn't the wisest move, but a duck is a duck.

Whether he beats Raheem who knows. Morales failed because he tried to box with him and got picked apart.

You weren't watching boxing at the time, right? You don't remember that Morales had just UD Pac in FOTY? Then Morales went up to 135, came in fat and got stunk out by Raheem, who then immediately lost to Freitas in one of the all time worst HBO fights. Pac wanted revenge, and everybody wanted to see it. Nobody wanted Raheem on TV at all

I really don't like to contribute to this type of thread hijack, but this is 100% accurate. This was as big a duck by Pac as any Floyd has ever done in his entire career, but we never hear about it. The endless double standard.
Who the hell knew this guy was still fighting?

GTFO. Pac had a single fight at 130, a super exciting UD loss to Morales, that everybody wanted to see again. Pac wouldn't move up to 135 for 2 more years. Raheem lost his very next fight and made it unwatchable and got himself banned from HBO. By the time Pac was a LW Raheem was getting ragdolled in South Africa

Nice try but try again,Eric Morales was not fat against Raheem. And After Raheem beat Morales he was waiting for Pedquiao to make the fight, but Pedquiao never shown and chose to fight a bum like Oscar Larios whop moved up 2 weight classes, weight drained Morales twice, and washed up Barrera for the second time.Zahir wound having to wait a year to get another fight and that fight was with Acelino Fretas. So Raheem fought Morales and Acelino Freitas a year apart.Pedquiao could have asked Zahir to move down like he did Morales but he didn`t.

Stop with the excuses,Pedquiao was a cherry picker and still is.

You're an idiot. Morales was in sorry shape for Raheem, use your eyes. Pac had a score settle with an ATG. If Raheem could have stayed relevant for 1 more fight, maybe he could have gotten his beatdown. But he put in ATG shameful effort on HBO vs Freitas. And is the definition of a flash in the pan, never even won a paper belt.

What did the great Zahir Raheem do after he beat Erik Morales? Never heard of him after that.
