The chances of him ever walking again are incredibly slim and hoping for him to not only walk again, but to come back and win a world title takes the term "stretching it" to whole new heights.

He's set financially, alive, and happy with his family. Overall I'd say he's doing fantastic considering the circumstances.

When im feel like my life is bad i think of paul williams and what he goes through and still finds hope. God bless him. I wish him all the best. He is a great man.
