Sergio is a smart guy and he knows the huge risk with GGG. The guy is trying to cash out man, he is at the end of his career. Especially with those injuries building up, Sergio is looking for those big money fights that aren't big risks.

I don't blame Sergio for not taking the GGG fight. It's just business.
I agree but Sergio was on the same boat as GGG is now. Avoided by the to guys and fought who was in front of him. All the way up until he got his shot. He knows what it's like to be that guy. In a few years, it'll happen to GGG as well. That's why I think Martinez should pass the torch even if we all believe GGG ko's Sergio at this point in his career. There's no shame in losing to GGG.

Martinez did his job -- he's history... Let's accept it...
Sergio just needs some big payday way out...

He doesn't deserve to be able to "cash out" like this because his whole career was dedicated to whining and moaning about how Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather would put on 15 pounds to fight him. Screw him. I want GGG to knock this POS out and force him into retirement. That's all he deserves.

I like Tripple G vs Murray better. Martin is the real deal with his defense, he is a difficult fighter to look good against and has lost by small margins and argubly could had won both of those fights

Do you want the fighters you pull for to pick and choose

              or

              fight all comers ?

Sergio said he would fight anyone, so if he is not retired , then like all the OLD GREAT CHAMPS he needs to lace them up with GGG providing GGG gets by the mouth Stevens, HA !

I am going to enjoy this fight Sat NITE and watch Stevens have his ugly head ripped off !!!

The PUBLIC should demand the GGG vs Sergio,,,,,,,,,,why not ?

Either Sergio just bows to GGG and hands him the belt

                or

Retires NOW and the belt is up for grabs

Don't wimp out like Bernard did with Andre

IF Sergio fights Cotto and Cotto under Roach beats Sergio then match GGG with Cotto for the MIDDLE WEIGHT TITLE

This is very necessary. Why does sergio get a free pass for avoiding triple g? There is major hypocrisy going on here wouldnt you agree? Floyd is always required to fight someone regardless of size and if the opponent brings in no money. Sergio is willing to fight a smaller cotto and floyd. People say sergio deserves to "cash out" because hes put in work and floyd hasnt? Sergio is not getting a free pass from me. Cotto has to make weight. Trip g is right there. Di bella says trip g doesnt bring anything to the table financially. And this would be on regular hbo. But people want to take this same fighter to get on pay per view with floyd? Such hypocrisy.

15lbs? Martinez was willing to meet them at 150lbs.

Martinez will probably fight Cotto in May or June

after that he has 1 fight left on his HBO contract.

It will most likely be Golovkin because he's the biggest name on HBO. Martinez has to beat Cotto 1st and that isn't guaranteed.

if Martinez' legs are gone then GGG wins and probably stops him, if not Martinez will totally out class him.

GGG needs have his feet set in order to land with power. Martinez won't let him set up and GGG will just walk into shot. ever since Martinez lost to Margarito it's almost impossible to hit Martinez's body, since he hides his body by binding at the waist.

Martinez vs GGG will get made this is all just hype.
