That's the thing. We've seen alotta upsets lately, so many I gave up making strong predictions. Stevens is definitely a live dog, and GGG will definitely not have an easy go of it. Yes I expect a GGG victory, but not a freight train win certainly, and I am not ruling out an upset. Best thing though, we know we'll have a great fight either way.

Although Dawson won the second fight (after the ridiculous body slam nc first), it was a split decision over a then 47 year old! Then he dropped down in weight and got stopped by Ward. Stevenson has power and talent, which has been honed of late in the Kronk gym by the late, great Emmanuel Stewart. As for Golovkin vs Stevens, Gennady Golovkin's riding high NOW. Curtis Stevens was a big prospect what, eight years ago? A has been that never was taking out a beast like Golovkin? Doubtful.
I am of the opinion that Sad Chad was overrated and got way to much credit for beating old men. I also believe he wasn't weight drained against Ward he just wasn't that good to begin with.

That must've been a blast to check out. Wish we had a decent boxing scene to check out... ANYWHERE here in the south.
