Where would Edwin Valero be now?

I know a lot of people are all "Fuck Valero, he's a piece of shit." and all that, and I totally understand

But I was watching his fight with Demarco recently, and I couldn't help but admire the talent... Talent a lot of fighters now a days don't have

Remembering where he was, I think he was #2 at lightweight behind Marquez... And pushing forward to now, considering all the opponents

Rios, Broner, Alexander, Khan, Maidana, Matthysse, Garcia, and anyone I missed all the way up to Floyd, Pacquiao, Marquez, and Bradley

Who would have beat him, who would he have beat, and where do u think he would be today had he not went FUCKING CRAZY?

He'd be with TR so they wouldn't have needed to sign Tim. SO he'd be part of the provod/manny/rios/alvarado fight mix.

People would be claiming Mayweather's ducking him. Then they'd fight, Floyd would dominate, and those same people would say Mayweather's ducking someone else.

Also I think he would have lost to a good mover and be a Maidana type of fighter who would have gotten his due in a big trilogy type of mashup with someone like Maidana ala Gatti-Ward

Would fought Pacquiao already a year or two ago. Would been a good fight there. I miss the FIGHTER Valero, not his personal being. I just wish he couldve controlled his demons. I was very hyped after his DeMarco win and the possiblities. Then it went all down hill.. He had a drinking problem i think..

        But regardless,

We missed out on Pac-Valero, Valero-Garcia, Valero-Khan, Valero-Bradley, Valero-Matthyse... who knows what esle..

he would have beaten all of those with the exception of matthysse, garcia, mayweather and pacquiao. those divisions would have even more stacked then they currently are with him added to that list. maybe even more if victor ortiz wasn't such a basket case.

can you imagine a resume consisting of, Rios, Broner, Alexander, Khan, Maidana, Matthysse, ortiz, Garcia, thurman, Floyd, valero, Pacquiao, Marquez, and Bradley?

            that's atg **** right there.

            you reading this danny?

            2 down, 11 to go.

I would have loved to see Valero work with Angel Heredia.

He would have been another decent name on Pacquiao and Marquez' resumes.

Wouldve loved to see him destroy Broner though.

He would have taken out PAC, jmm, khan and Bradley easily but people would still call him #2 P4P when Floyd ducks him so
