Do americans get behind their fighters?

Some american fighters struggle to pull a crowd despite being top fighters e.g ward/bradley/mayweather these are top american fighters that either dont have pulling power or dont have the fans behind them.

Fighters from puerto rico, mexico, uk have massive fan bases because we get behind our guys. They dont even have to be anything special and we'd still support them.

So do you american fans support your fighters or do you support boxing in general and couldn't careless where the fighters were from?

Who was the last fighter americans would get behind and would support through thick and thin?

No, there's a reason why Mayweather fights on Cinco de Mayo and Mexican independence day instead of 4th of July weekend.

                  Truth.

Tell him to fight on MLK day, shit will be a massive flop unless he accepts foodstamps.

                  and hand out ***** phones.
