Both are in no condition at this stage to win even with the size difference against someone like Floyd who can still do the things he does today. In boxing, though even 2 lbs is a huge deal within such a sensitive environment, people sometimes have no idea how little that variable can be in certain situations as well. I've sparred heavyweights and I'm a featherweight, I've sparred with professionals many weight classes above and was still able to give a few of them a boxing lesson.
It really depends on the overall variables. Things like slowness, athletic ability, etc. Things that Hopkins currently doesn't have. Roy has no answers to the mechanics that would be imposed upon him in a fight vs someone like Floyd at his age today.
