Roy is the only boxer i can think of who was already in hall of fame years before his retirement, a great talent like RJJ only comes around once every fifty years, we all should be happy with what he's done, including RJJ himselfComment

Totally agree. It will be while before we see a guy with the natural gifts of Roy again (if ever). He was a once-in-a-generation type of talent, so much quickness and power that he didn't need skills to blow out even top contenders. I was glad to be able to witness it.Originally posted by beeatch!Roy is the only boxer i can think of who was already in hall of fame years before his retirement, a great talent like RJJ only comes around once every fifty years, we all should be happy with what he's done, including RJJ himselfComment
