  • Comments Thread For: Klara Svensson Back on November 16 in Albertslund

After her successful Team Sauerland debut in Kolding, Klara Svensson will return to the ring at the Nordic Fight Night in Albertslund on November 16. The Swedish Princess (11-0, 4 KOs) will take on veteran Bulgarian fighter Borislava Goranova (6-36-1), who has been in the ring with champions like Cecilia Braekhus and Anne-Sophie Mathis. Never before has Svensson fought closer to her home city of Malmö.

“That is great, I really look forward to it,” she said. “I almost felt at home in Kolding because I could hear my fans shouting in Swedish. But this will be even better. The atmosphere will be fantastic! All my friends and fans from Malmö will cross the bridge to support me. Together with Patrick and Micki Nielsen´s fans from Albertslund, they will create a lot of noise.”

Another beyond-easy scalp for Wladimir. He'd better not keep pushing him down this time, for a grown man of that size should never need to resort to such tactics (as he did with Povetkin) against a comparative midget like Boytsov.

    Beatdown.

Boytsov has been so inactive. He should just fight as much as possible instead of worrying about title shots.

Boytsov should just face Wlad for the exposure,at least if he does lose he'll have benefited from the loss,he's not benefitted from any of his last few fights.I'd heard of fitness issues regarding his love of the Hamburg club scene,I wouldn't have thought Berlin would be an ideal place to live for a guy with that kind of mindset.Id have liked to have seen him face Fury,Helenius or Chisora but it would appear he has that WBO mandatory spot,so why give up that kind of money.

If he's fit and conditioned for twelve rounds this guy is as good as the best of the rest, not named Klitschko.

*****ko is alright & he's a journeyman like guinn & leapai. i'd pick both of them to beat *****ko. both of them have power & *****ko doesn't. *****ko & bakhtov are 2 of the better journeymen in Europe & Asian pacific region...

I can agree with most of what you're saying and Guinn has a very good record for a journeyman (maybe one should call him a gatekeeper, at least for the time when he was in his prime) but there's one thing that makes me wonder just how good Guinn still was when he fought Boytsov: he lost to Robert Hawkins!

The only boxers *****ko ever lost to until today were undefeated (combined record of 110-0, 82 KOs), some of them future top ten heavyweights (Virchis, Helenius), and at least one of them turned out to be a future world champion (Valuev).
