To be fair, if Edwin Rodriguez was really concerned about drug testing he should've tried to negotiate it from the beginning. I can see why Ward is looking at it as a publicity stunt.

Just like I said 100 times now as did ward, the challenger has no business making demands from the champ. Let alone AFTER the contracts are signed and at a press conference lol. Years ago asking for testing was considered ducking, now a guy asking the champ and he's considered a cheater lol

Drug testing shouldn't be considered a demand, and it wasn't a demand.

Furthermore, Ward knew of the offer before Rodriguez brought it up at the press conference, as did Virgil Hunter.

Drug testing is not really a demand, seing as he offered to pay for it. It should be a fairly decent thing to expect a world class fighter to do. Ward seems to have an ego that makes him hard to work with; his terms or no fight.
