Although Showtime is reaping the rewards from HBO's investments, they're not building any new stars. They have no money for that like HBO had with Berto, Broner, Canelo fighting cab drivers.

Stop spreading lies. Lomachenko insisted on this being a clause in his contract before he would sign with Top Rank. I suppose they figured that an amateur fighter with over 400 wins against one loss might know what he was doing...
