How fast does your internet need to be to stream fights?

What speed would you guys recommend? I had 15MBPS but my apartment switched providers and the new company has a few different options. For the guys who stream what speed internet do you have and it is smooth when you stream?

I don't really know tbh but it should not be slow and it doesn't have to be super fast so I'd say about average speed.

15mbps was fine when I had it but the current company doesn't have a plan at 15, so it's either 8 or 30mbps. I know when I was younger I think my parents had like 3mbps and it was too slow and fights would be extremely choppy to the point where it wasn't even worth it to watch.

I stream fine with 6mbps, 3mbps is probably the lowest that will work.

I used to stream with 6 Mbps. Then switched to 25 Mbps. Literally, no performance enhancement at all. The same streams that lag and stutter due to overload of bandwidth will still lag and stutter with the higher internet speed.

It comes down to how many people are on that stream.

It depends, most low quality streams don't require much bandwidth at all. An Old Style DSL connection will do. Now with the toprank website, they stream at a very good HD quality. It is spotless and you should have at least a 15mb connection, maybe more, to get it. I love their streams, where you can make out faces 10 rows back in the crowd.

Go here and click watch, if you can stream it smoothly, you can stream anything http://www.toprank.tv/index.jsp

I was figured how many people were using it probably had something to do with it.
