It's still a good question, mind you Taylor and Pernell Whitaker never fought because of the same reason. On the other hand Ramirez and Chavez were friends and they fought twice I believe.

It seems likes there's a double standard when talking about Broner and Floyd. Why should they fight if Vitali and Wladimir never did? The obvious answer is because Vitali and Wladimir are close. Well Broner and Floyd are like brothers. Broner calls Floyd "Big bro" in every single interview. He's with him 24/7 they see each other as brothers and treat each other as such. I personally don't want to see them fight. Just like i'd never want to watch Ward and The Alien get it on. I like them too much.

I'm just wondering why the hell every one else does? I have no problem with them facing the other talented fighters at Welterweight. Alexander, Bradley and even Garcia if he decides to move up.
