The only major fight that can be made on showtime is Hopkins-froch. Froch isn't under contract with hbo. I expect that to happen at 168 too.

I doubt Froch's promoter will let him fight Hopkins anytime soon, they'll probably hold out for a Chavez fight or a possible trilogy with Kessler.

At 168, the fight is very do-able. UK boxing fans know Hopkins. The fight would sell.

A Bika fight is virtually worthless to Hopkins. Haymon judges too.

I don't think eddie is against it. It's PPV in the uk which is where he wants all frochs fights. But yeah Chavez is the more lucrative fight but I see froch getting jobbed by the judges. They will probably want it in Texas too. Hearn will be a mug if he goes through with that.
