I think if GBP made a nice offer for Brook to fight Broner in the US, he would travel for that fight.
And all I did was give evidence he's been willing to before. Pretty simple stuff.

Hearn said something about bringing Broner over here to the UK which just isn't going to happen.

wow it's been such a short time that people have already forgotten that broner is training with roger mayweather. I can't wait till broner mops maidana. Then kell brooks will avoid broner and make excuse on why he can't fight broner.

Brook pulled out of the Alexander fight at least twice, and the fight ended up getting scrapped thanks to him.
The hype is everywhere, I'm tired of being bombarded in boxing websites about how this guy beats bums and yet is supposed to be a top welterweight. The Ring has him ranked as the #4 Welteweight, why? I don't know...
This guy hasn't even earned the right to a title shot, he should go through Keith Thurman and Maidana before fighting for any title.
FYI Injury =!= turning down a title shot.

Kell Brook is a very good boxer with and he hits hard too, plus the welterweight division is a good one at the moment, below the big names of Pacquiao, Bradley, Mayweather and Marquez, the division is wide open with Khan, Broner, Alexander, Thurman, Guerrero and so on. Brook should be aiming for one of those names next and not settle for anything else.
In terms of Brook v Broner, I have seen nothing from Broner that suggests he is better than anyone else around him. He was a good fighter in the lower divisions but I think his size will work against him at welterweight. Brook is too big and too strong for Broner, which is why this fight will not get made.
Brook v Alexander or Guerrero or maybe even Khan seems more likely at this point.
