After seeing Quillin last night, I'm convinced GGG beats him.

Seeing as we have presented Gabe vs Quillin as Peters "proxy war" GGG ****s up Pete

Kid is over hyped, and I'm sure I'm not alone in thinking Gabe was going to win that fight. But of course the fix was in. 90-80?! Haha ****ing joke

Tough to say Rosado was going to win the fight with that enormous gash over his left eye, especially since it was pretty close up until then. But I agree, Golovkin beats Quillin.

Rosado wasn't winning anything. He missed almost everything as Peter was actually effective. (Look at their faces and who got dropped again?)
        Pete beats GGG

They leaked the video of GGG sparring Chavez Jr at the wild card, maybe somebody has a video of GGG sparring Quillin. I heard he knocked Quillin out of the ring.

Yes, unless Quillin can adapt and then we have a fight, remember that the rosado that fought ggg wasn't the same that fought Quillin that's why theory triangles doesn't work in boxing, we could make an educated guess base on styles, power, speed, experience etc... But nothing can replace the actual fight, in a way I'm happy that rosado gave Quillin a hard time, you learn from adversity and that was the first time that I saw Quillin hurt.

There's a lot of truth in this statement. I wouldn't doubt if Pete, in the back of his mind, regarded Gabe as inferior. He had to dig a little deeper when he saw Rosado wasn't folding easily. That can be a very good thing.

Being unbiased, Rosado was en route to a win, maybe even tko/KO.

Quillin was hurt multiple times by Rosado. And this man ( who doesn't deserve the title of Kid Chocolate) is supposed to bEat Gennady? What does Pete do better than GGG? There is a very good claim that Rosado was winning that fight, I personally thought he won more rounds. It's really amusing that the fix was in as well. 90-80? Be honest, I see you're a Kid fan, but 90-80? Terrible for the sport.

Well that is the whole thing it is easy to pick a fight and be correct, there are only three outcomes and no one ever picks draw.

That is why picking fights (and really getting credit for it) is like solving a complex math problems, you need to show your work with how you got there to really have the correct answer.

Golovkin is the superior boxer technically, I don't think his defense is worse than Quillin's and while Quillin has decent pop I think Golovkin outshines him there. As it sits now Quillin's only shot is if he is a tougher guy than Golovkin and Golovkin can't take his fire back but that doesn't seem very likely either. There is just nothing to really hang your hat on when it comes to Quillin's chances, Quillin is good at a lot of thing but Golovkin is very good at a lot of things. I do think Quillin has a better fight in him than what we saw against Rosado though so you never know.

He was hurt worse on ESPN vs Dionisio Miranda, way back before his injury layoff. Yesterday he was lucky the bell rang. But he ate some good punches, and seems to have a decent enough chin.

I read it was competitive. Even so, I think Golovkin makes Quillin look pretty average.
