I must have missed the memo, but it seems like these two dudes are getting a pass for publicly and openly avoiding Floyd Mayweather. It's almost unheard of seeing two "young, hungry" fighters nearing their prime, refusing to pursue, not only the biggest, but also the most lucrative challenge available. One because he worships the ground Floyd walks in and wants to keep the money in the "team," whatever the hell that means. The other because he wants to build his own "legacy," although I'm not sure there's a better way of building a greater legacy than taking on the best fighter of this generation. These guys aren't even subtle about it, they were on Showtime yesterday flat out saying they want no part of Floyd. It's like both guys are admitting they stand no chance and rather not even step up. Say what you want about Canelo, but he dared to be great and although he got schooled, he took the challenge even though he had more to lose than these two clowns.
What makes matters worse is that both Garcia and Broner don't even want to fight each other because they're "friends."
