Lets be honest Kell brook is not world elite Level

Im just not sold on this kid but despite this I still predicted a 6/7 round stoppage yesterday and the Ukranian is 10 years older, but also struggled against a past prime hatton that was also not fought in 3 and a half years, and was heavily on drugs and depressed.

He also lost to paulie whom I think is a b level fighter.

Kell Brook does the basics very well, if he has a c or even a wek b level opponent, he puts his punches togather well, and they have good bite on them.

BUt he is not world elite. his footwork is average for a lighter weight class, and he has poor Head movement for a lighter weigh class.

Skysports(whch is so biased to the British fighters is unreal) showed the top ten, with Kell ranked tenth, and I struggled to see him beating at least 80 percent of those guys. I think he needs another trainer as hes about as Elusive as the Sun in Ibiza.

Khan definitely sparks him out within 6 rounds.

Brook-Khan is the logical next fight. It'd be PPV in the UK, and would propel the winner into position to fight for a title (Mayweather).

Senchenko isn't good at all and still rocked him hard. Brook is British level, nothing to be ashamed about, but you're right, he's not world level.

You were good until you said this. Brook's a big WW, he'd spark Khan.

Brook wouldn't get the Mayweather fight even if he beat Khan.

Brook is British level while Broner and Alexander are holding world titles at 147? I wouldn't clearly favour either over Brook, and I'm not big KB fan.

I'd like to see him fight Keith Thurman or Maidana, until then he's another over-hyped glass-chinned British prospect. He's getting up there in age (actually older than Khan) and I don't recognize anyone on his resume.

Really? Over hyped by who exactly?

Senchenko isn't a bad fighter, the dude is crafty. He was a world titlist, give him some credit.

I also wouldn't pick Broner or Alexander to clearly win against Brook, though I would probably give them the edge in that match. I would probably pick KB over Khan at this point in their respective careers.

I don't know whether Brook could be called "world level" or not yet but I think he's close enough to where it doesn't matter, he's ready for bigger fights imo.

Only people who have over-hyped him are Ring magazine who for some reason have him at #4 (was #3) at 147lbs.

He's not overhyped or glass-chinned, he has taken a lot of good punches. It's his defense which can use some work.
