I highly doubt Toney cheated in his MW-SMW days.. Apparently the steroid usage was for recovering from prior injury in his last bout.

Yep, its from the JMM/Pac 4 fight. Right after he lands the epic KO shot. The whole place is going utterly ballistic, especially the commentary desk that Barrera is sitting at, literally screaming, throwing their papers up in the air....just going crazy, and Barrera doesn't move. Just sits there staring like that for ages, while everyone goes nuts around him, until I guess he realises he's being filmed, at which point he slowly stands up and does a half hearted clap once or twice before just standing there again. Hilarious.
