Torito" Concepcion before a large and exuberant crowd at the Waterfront Hotel and Casino tonight.

Concepcion had vowed to crush Servania just like he did Banal in the 10th round of a WBA Interim super flyweight title fight some five years ago before a stunned Cebu Coliseum crowd and had brought along a blue pillow claiming he was going to put Servania to sleep.

But Concepcion who had tangled with such notable opponents as Nonito "The Filipino Flash" Donaire to whom he lost the WBA title, Mexico's Fernando "Cochulito" Montiel and Jorge "Travieso" Arce had no answer to Servania who kept his promise to make Concepcion eat his words. You can see it coming as Concepcion continues to throw those slow wild overhands (though he lands at times). I think Servania's record fooled him and made him pay the hefty price. Concepcion started to recognize Azukal's power by the end of round 1 but was too overmatched to make good adjustments at round 2 as Azukal find his way to land the uppercut which he was trying starting round 1.
